	RUDOLPH PARTY HAT

			Materials:
			T Pencil Li'l Hands Fabric Paint Li'l Hands Construction Board Li'l Hands Fun Craft Scissors Li'l Hands Oil Pastel Gold Medal White glue Cardboard wobbly eyes ribbon glitters
	Steps:

	1.Cut out strips of Li'l Hands construction board 40 x 6cm. Make a hole at each end and tie a ribon through to secure the head band. 2. Draw Rudolph's head onto board, color it with Li'l Hands Oil Pastel then add wobbly eyes, nose & mouth. 3. Make an ear, antlers and bells, color it then glue onto Rudolph's head. 4. Glue Rudolph onto the center of the headband. 5. Add an embossed effect using Li'l Hands Fabric paint and sprinkle some glitters.
