1. Using T Pencil #3, start out with the basic shape of the body, begin with the
preliminary ovals and circles. Draw the details, including her hair, face and
clothing, right on top of the basic outline you drew in step one.
2. With T Pencil #2, refine your picture further by adding extra folds and extra
detail on the hair. Remember to make the hair look very thick and round. Add more detail on the eyes, including the eyebrows and irises.
3. Now, erase your guidelines and add the final details, such as the light glares on her eyes and the extra detail on her clothes.
4. Use T Pencil #1 for shading. The darkest shadows are always made first
because it's easier to remove the surplus of graphite when the lightest parts
haven't been created.
5. Going back to T Pencil #2, add lighter shadings. Shading should be as tight
and smooth as possible with a gentle gradation from dark to light.
6. After completing the details of your anime, lift off any excess graphite with an eraser, especially in the face area, so that the image is not dirtied.
7. You may now color the background and your anime character with Li'l Hands Watercolor.
