1. With Li'l Hands Coloring Pens decorate two pieces of Li'l Hands     construction paper. Use lots of color and whirly twirly designs.
2. Roll the Li'l Hands construction paper into a cone that's pointed at the top     and wide enough for your head at the bottom. Run a line of Gold Medal     White Glue under the outside edge and smooth. Hold the cone in place with     paper clips while the glue dries. Cut off any uneven part around the bottom     with Li'l Hands Fun Craft Scissors.
3. On a different color of Li'l Hands construction paper, trace a circle about the     size of the bottom of  your hat. Cut the circle in a spiral pattern to its center.     Decorate both sides of the spiral with Li'l Hands Fabric paint. Let it dry!
4. Glue the center of the spiral to the top of your hat, let it circle down around     hat, and glue the other end to the bottom of your hat. Dry. Party hearty!
