Steps: 1. Using a T Pencil, draw the outline of an animal's face on the center top of
Li'l Hands Neon Construction Board. Then color it by using Li'l Hands
Crayons. Add more facial features and decorations using Li'l Hands
Pearl Paint.
2. Use Li'l Hands Craft Scissors to cut out strips of Li'l Hands Art Paper for the windsock tail. Using Gold Medal White Glue, attach the strips of Art Paper at the back on the bottom edge.
3. Roll the paper length-wise to form a tube. Glue or attach both ends together.
4. Punch four holes along the top of the windsock.
5. Thread yarn through the holes and tie a double knot. Tie all four strands together at the top to make the hanger. Hang it for a delightful decoration.
