1. To make a flamingo: On a sheet of Li'l Hands Oslo Paper, use Li'l Hands Colored Pencils to draw a flamingo. Is it standing on one leg or two? Color it with Li'l Hands Coloring Pens. Cut it out with Amspec Scissors.
2.Trace around your flamingo on cardboard. Cut it out. Attach flamingo to cardboard with Gold Medal White Glue. Dry.
3.To form a palm tree: Use Li'l Hands Oil Pastels to color a tissue carton tube to look like a trunk. On green Li'l Hands construction paper, use Li'l Hands Coloring pens to draw large palm leaves and yellow for coconuts. Color them on both sides with Li'l Hands Coloring pens. Cut them out. Add glitter glue so your leaves sparkle in the sun. Dry.
4. Make several slits in the top of your tree trunk. Slide a leaf into each slit. Glue on leaves. Glue coconuts between leaves. Dry.
5. To create an island: Turn a recycled foam tray upside down. Trace around it on paper. Color paper with shades of blue Li'l Hands Coloring pens to resemble water. Cut out waves and glue to the flat tray. Dry.
6. Draw strips of ocean waves on paper. Color waves with Li'l Hands Coloring pens. Cut them out. Glue waves around the outside of the tray. Dry.
7. Have an adult cut a circle in the foam tray. Insert your palm tree. Glue palm tree and flamingo to the scene. Dry.
8. To design napkin rings: On a Li'l Hands Oslo paper, use Li'l Hands colored pencils to draw small pictures of flamingos, palm leaves, and coconuts. Color with Li'l Hands Coloring pens. Cut out. Add glitter glue for shine. Dry.
9. Cut a tissue carton roll into napkin rings. Color with Li'l Hands Coloring pens. Glue leaves, coconuts, and a flamingo to each ring. Dry.
10. Fill rings with napkins and utensils. It's time for a Pink Flamingo Party!
