1. Draw some ocean creatures & seaweeds on the Li'l Hands Art paper then     cut it out.
2. Glue them over the Plastic visor.
3. To attach hanging pieces, tape the edge of nylon string at the back of your     cut-outs then repeat with other end of the nylon tape inside the visor.
4. Mold different colors of Li'l Hands Modelling Clay for other creatures then     glue them over the plastic visor using Gold Medal White Glue. Let it dry.
5. To attach the seashells, put white glue on the shells, Let the glue set up for     several minutes then adhere to visor.
