1.Draw a circle on a Li'l Hands Neon Construction Board. Add triangles    around the edge to make an Aztec-style of a sun, or create any design you    wish. Color it with Li'l Hands Crayons. The decorating is up to your very own    style.
2.With Li'l Hands Craft Scissors, cut out the whole sun -leaving a thin line    around the edges. For additional thickness, glue your pendant on a    cardboard.
3.Create a smiley face design using Li'l Hands Modelling Clay inside the sun.    Place a dot of white glue on each piece of clay. You may draw a combination    of lines and dots inside the triangles.
4.Punch a hole in one of the points of the pendant. Measure out the yarn for     your necklace. Thread the yarn through the hole and secure the ends with a     double knot.
5. For additional accent, you may add some beads.
